管理学博士，讲师，硕士生导师。2011年中国青年政治学院公共管理系政治学与行政学专业本科，2014年北京师范大学政府管理学院行政管理专业硕士，2014-2017年国家开放大学（西安）文法教学部教师，2023年西安交通大学公共政策与管理学院公共管理专业博士，2020/01-2020/08和2021/10-2022/10赴美国马里兰大学社会学系、马里兰人口研究中心公派联合培养。 主要从事老年人口与健康、养老风险与养老保障、人口发展与公共政策等领域的研究。主讲《人口学》《性别与家庭》《人力资源管理》等课程。 担任Journal of Gerontology: Medical Sciences, The Gerontologist, Ageing & Society, Aging & Mental Health, Journal of Aging and Health, Research on Aging, Health & Social Care in the Community, Health & Place, BMC Geriatrics, BMC Psychology, BMC Public Health, Journal of Elder Abuse & Neglect, Applied Research in Quality of Life, Psychogeriatrics等期刊审稿人。 |
